INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION
Dear Parents,
Thank you for the overwhelming response to our call for admissions. Past few years’ statistics show that the number of application for admission at Jr. K.G. level are 10 fold the number of seats. We receive applications for admission at Jr. K. G. level, about 8 to 10 times the number of seats we have. Your child will be lucky to join us, but on the other side; a large section of you will have to go without admission to this school. Naturally, the number of dissatisfied applicants will be much more than those who are satisfied.
Due to limitations of infrastructure, it is not possible for us to meet the growing demand for our school. If you happen to be one of the “dissatisfied applicants”, we request you not to get disheartened. Your child can shine anywhere. In fact, it is the student who make the school reputed. As a concerned parent, you may wish your child to be a “product” of reputed Institute like ours. But, your child can shine anywhere. In fact he can be the one to bring repute to his school.
NOTICE
Admission Form for Jr. K.G. (2010-2011) will be available in the School Office on 21st, 22nd, 23rd December 2009 and 2nd, 4th January 2010 between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Duly filled in forms should be returned on 21st, 22nd, 23rd December 2009 and 2nd, 4th January 2010 between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Form should be filled neatly and correctly. Xerox copy of the birth certificate (Municipality only) should be attached.
- First and foremost the child should fit into the age criteria i.e. child should be BORN between 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2007.
- Parents should collect the Orientation Meeting letter at the time of submitting the form.
- The selected students will be intimated by Telephone on or before 27th February 2010.
- The charges accepted from the applicant are for meeting the Administration charges and other expenses.
- The Institution reserves the right to select the candidate. They do not owe any explanation, the decision of the institution is final.
- No correspondence in this matter shall be entertained.
- Application forms of underage and overage students will be rejected on the spot.
